Unmuted: A Creative Workshop
For Reclaiming Your Voice
You’ve been quiet for a reason
but that reason doesn’t get the final say.
Whether it’s fear, burnout, or just not knowing how to begin, this hands-on creative workshop helps you reconnect with your voice,
on your own terms, in your own way.
>> NO ART EXPERIENCE NEEDED! <<
Just a little curiosity and the willingness to show up!
INCREASES TO $27 AUGUST 5
Maybe your voice has been quiet for so long, you’re not even sure what it sounds like anymore.
Maybe every time you try to speak, the doubts rush in:
What if I say it wrong? What if no one hears me? What if I just make things worse?
So instead, you stay silent — not because you don’t care, but because speaking feels unsafe, unclear, or too costly.
You edit yourself to keep the peace.
You swallow your truth to avoid discomfort.
You scroll past the noise online and wonder where your voice fits — or if it even does.
You’re tired of feeling muted.
But the culture feels too loud, the risk too high, and the words too tangled to start.
And yet, somewhere inside, something is stirring.
A part of you is whispering: It’s time.
This workshop is for that part of you.

For decades, I felt silenced — in relationships, in public spaces, even in my own mind. I know what it’s like to wonder if your voice matters, or to hold back out of fear, shame, or just plain exhaustion.
Over time, that silence turned into anger, not just at my own experience, but at how our voices are treated in today’s noisy, reactive digital culture. I saw how easily people get shouted down, flattened into labels, or swallowed by the scroll.
I knew there had to be another way. This workshop is that way. It’s built on the belief that every voice has value because every person has value.
It’s grounded in the knowledge that creativity isn’t just a way to express ourselves, it’s a way to reclaim ourselves.
We don’t find our voice by thinking about it. We find it by using it imperfectly, one brave attempt at a time. That’s what this space is for..
Good! This is not an art workshop, it's about expression and self-reconnection, not technique, skill, or talent. If you can write, doodle, or draw stick figures, you're good.
You'll have access to the replay in The Studio at Limina, our course portal for as long as we continue in business. I'd say forever, but my lawyer friends tell my I shouldn't say that.
Possibly. But it’s designed to be grounding and fun, not overwhelming. You can move at your own pace, return to the replay and choose to disengage at any time.
At the end, I’ll take a minute or two to share possible next steps for those who want deeper support (like my Rediscover You experience or 1:1 Threshold Sessions). But, no big pitch, no pressure, no push.
